Responsibilities
- Engage with customers warmly to understand their needs and recommend products that add value to their lives.
- Drive store sales targets and contribute to the monthly bonus structure through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Maintain a pristine and organized sales floor, ensuring the brand image is always represented at its best.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems while providing excellent service.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and support floor management during peak weekend hours.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with patience and a problem-solving mindset.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience is preferred, but we are happy to train motivated candidates.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with flexibility for occasional weekday shifts.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers quickly.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with point-of-sale (POS) technology.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
