The Role:
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand. You will engage with customers, understand their unique needs, and guide them toward the perfect solutions. Your role is crucial in maintaining our high standards of customer service and ensuring our store operates smoothly during peak weekend traffic.
Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Proactively engage customers, understand their needs, and recommend products to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Customer Experience: Deliver world-class service by greeting customers warmly, answering inquiries, and resolving complaints efficiently.
- Operations: Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves, folding merchandise, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately at the Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring all discounts and promotions are applied correctly.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and fellow associates to ensure store operations run smoothly during the weekend shift.
- Brand Representation: Uphold the company's image by maintaining a professional appearance and a clean, organized sales floor.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with a diverse customer base.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn new sales techniques.
- Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
