- Collaborate with weekend team to achieve department KPIs and sales goals

- Participate in weekend inventory audits and stock replenishment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport instantly
- Proficient in POS systems and CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Flexible availability including Saturdays and Sundays (peak hours)
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and adjust strategies
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for multi-store coverage
