Responsibilities
- Greet & Engage: Welcome customers warmly and provide exceptional service to drive sales.
- Product Expertise: Assist customers in finding the perfect products, demonstrating features, and answering questions.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
- Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Upselling: Proactively suggest add-ons and promotions to increase average transaction value.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the floor team to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Inventory Support: Assist with stock replenishment and inventory organization.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
