- Meet/exceed sales targets through upselling and product knowledge
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, and handle cash management
- Merchandise products, maintain visual standards, and ensure inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to optimize weekend operations and promotions
- Participate in inventory counts and stock replenishment activities
- Report sales trends and customer feedback to store management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours
