Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail sales experience with proven track record in performance metrics
- Availability to work flexible overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) including weekends
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with ability to handle high-pressure scenarios
- Proficiency in POS systems and retail analytics software
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation for overnight travel
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency preferred
