Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Engage with customers proactively to understand their needs and recommend products, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Store Operations: Manage the closing shift, including accurate cash handling, register reconciliation, and end-of-day reporting.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts, stocking shelves, and maintaining visual merchandising standards throughout the night.
- Customer Support: Resolve customer inquiries, process returns and exchanges efficiently, and maintain a welcoming store atmosphere.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the day shift team to ensure a smooth transition of store operations and information.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and safe for customers and staff at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is preferred; we provide training for top candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with a focus on teamwork and a customer-first attitude.
- Skills: Basic math skills and proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Physical: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move around the sales floor efficiently.
