- Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with floor teams to ensure seamless weekend operations and inventory accuracy
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and stock replenishment processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in luxury retail or high-end sales environments
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Weekend availability (Saturdays/Sundays) with potential holiday shifts
- Proficiency in retail technology including POS systems and CRM platforms
- Strong product knowledge aptitude and willingness to learn brand specifics
- Valid CA driver's license preferred for potential store transfers
