Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and attentive assistance
- Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-merchandising techniques
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Maintain visually appealing store displays and organized stockrooms
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient in basic math and cash handling
- Valid Florida driver's license (for occasional store errands)

- Availability to work 20-25 hours weekly
