Responsibilities

- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly/monthly goals
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and store maintenance
- Train on new products and promotions to stay market-relevant
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years retail/sales experience with proven track record
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic math
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Fri-Sun) and holidays
- Self-motivated with goal-oriented mindset
- Physical ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs
