- Drive sales achievement by meeting/exceeding weekend targets through upselling and cross-merchandising strategies
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining security protocols for cash handling and POS systems
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain premium store presentation and brand aesthetics
- Collaborate with team members during peak weekend hours to ensure seamless store operations
- Process inventory shipments and maintain organized stockroom areas for efficient weekend accessibility
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience with proven sales track record
- Availability to work consistently on weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) with flexible weekday availability
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Basic proficiency with retail POS systems and inventory management software
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs during stockroom duties
- Valid California driver's license (for potential inventory transport duties)
