Responsibilities
- Engage with incoming customer inquiries via phone and email, providing exceptional product knowledge and support.
- Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with regular customers to drive repeat business.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations and inventory management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required (we provide comprehensive training).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work nights, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
