Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer service and product demonstrations
- Exceed sales targets through consultative selling techniques and upselling
- Process transactions accurately and maintain cash register accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards and inventory management
- Build client relationships through personalized follow-up and loyalty program enrollment
- Collaborate with weekend team to achieve departmental KPIs
- Participate in weekend inventory audits and stock replenishment
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and retail technology
- Ability to work independently and in fast-paced weekend environments
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 6 PM)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid California driver's license (if driving between locations)
