Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet all customers warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere in the store.
- Sales Achievement: Proactively engage customers, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate products to meet sales targets.
- Transaction Management: Efficiently operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor according to company standards.
- Merchandising: Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising displays.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth store operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift boxes up to 25 lbs, and move around the sales floor freely.
