About the Role
As a Weekend Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand. You will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining store standards, and ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers warmly to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and weekly sales targets.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain store appearance and organization, ensuring the sales floor is inviting and well-stocked.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Basic computer proficiency and cash handling experience.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
