Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and digital channels.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Conduct product presentations and sales demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead qualification to contract closure.
- Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive tone.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Reliable transportation to local client meetings and events.
