Responsibilities
- Drive sales through consultative selling and product demonstrations

- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Process transactions accurately and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Collaborate with team to optimize inventory and promotional strategies
- Conduct product knowledge training for new associates
- Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and sales data
Qualifications
- 2+ years proven sales experience in retail or B2B environment
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Track record of exceeding sales targets
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (preferred)
- Spanish bilingual skills (highly desirable)
