Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with new customers to generate sales leads.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features/benefits to potential clients.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies.
- Accurately record customer data and transactions into the CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of previous sales or customer service experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
