Responsibilities
- Exceed sales targets through personalized customer engagement and product knowledge

Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Proficiency with POS systems (e.g., Square, Shopify POS)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (if applicable to store location)
