Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage outbound calls to qualified leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify and understand customer needs, effectively presenting our solutions to drive sales.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients to ensure retention and upselling.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by management.
- Accurately record customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
Qualifications
