What You Will Do:
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to generate new business leads.
- Identify, qualify, and approach potential clients within the assigned territory.
- Demonstrate our products/services to prospective customers and explain the value proposition.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Track and report on sales activities using our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- No prior sales experience required; we provide full training.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven ability to work independently.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
