Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting key benefits and features.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Document all client interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a hybrid environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client meetings.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
