Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with prospective clients to uncover business opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate our innovative solutions to close high-value contracts.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead generation to closing and account retention.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Meet and consistently exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Document all client interactions and pipeline activity in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, real estate, insurance, or a related field (willing to train high-potential candidates).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, commission-based environment.
- Self-motivated with a 'hunter' mentality and a desire to succeed.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or GED required.
