Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new leads.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Present product demonstrations and clearly articulate the value proposition of our services.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on outreach strategies.
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software to ensure accurate tracking.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
