Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new clients within the San Diego market to expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our services.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on local promotional activities.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service (Local Sales Associate experience is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage a dynamic schedule.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive to earn bonuses and achieve goals.
