Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and needs-based selling
- Drive sales achievement by meeting/exceeding KPIs and utilizing upselling techniques
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing transactions, returns, and exchanges
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain premium store aesthetics
- Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up communication and loyalty programs
- Collaborate with team members to maintain inventory accuracy and operational excellence
- Participate in product knowledge training to become a brand authority
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or sales experience with proven track record of meeting sales goals
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport across diverse demographics
- Strong proficiency with retail technology (POS systems, inventory management)
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Basic math aptitude for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
