- Drive weekend sales through consultative selling techniques and product demonstrations
- Build lasting customer relationships to maximize repeat business and referrals
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain an inviting shopping environment
- Process transactions efficiently while maintaining 100% accuracy in point-of-sale operations
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless weekend handovers and inventory management
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities to achieve/exceed monthly sales targets
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or sales experience with weekend availability
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals in commission-based roles
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage diverse customer demographics
- Proficiency in POS systems and retail technology platforms
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 6 PM shifts)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for multi-location support
