- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Present product demonstrations and explain complex features to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
- Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to remain competitive.
- Conduct market research to identify new leads and potential business partnerships.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly desirable.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
