Responsibilities
- Drive sales through exceptional customer service and product knowledge
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize repeat business
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets with uncapped commission potential
- Process transactions accurately and maintain store appearance standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide sales objectives
- Stay current on product features and promotions
- Participate in inventory management and merchandising activities
Qualifications
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred
