Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized product consultations to maximize customer satisfaction and sales conversion
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities through product knowledge and customer needs analysis
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly/monthly sales targets
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment processes
- Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and preferences
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail/sales experience preferred
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Proficient with POS systems and basic retail technology
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
