Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products and services to effectively answer customer inquiries.
- Drive sales performance by actively promoting promotions and upselling relevant items.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with POS systems.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
