Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly demeanor, actively listening to their needs and recommending appropriate products to meet their requirements.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our modern Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom to ensure a professional shopping environment.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and monitoring product levels.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and foster brand loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to meet daily and weekly sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for high-potential candidates.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional, approachable appearance.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic math skills are essential for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
