- Assist customers in locating products and provide product knowledge and recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and patience.
- Restock inventory and ensure pricing accuracy on the sales floor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and point-of-sale (POS) terminals.
