Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and needs-based selling
- Consistently meet/exceed sales targets while maintaining high product knowledge standards
- Operate point-of-sale systems with accuracy and efficiency
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up communication
- Collaborate with team members to drive store-wide sales initiatives
- Participate in inventory management and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proven track record in meeting sales quotas and KPIs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Proficient with POS systems and basic inventory software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
