Responsibilities

- Resolve customer inquiries and address concerns promptly
- Collaborate with night shift team to optimize store operations

Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and sales tracking
- Comfortable with evening/night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Reliable transportation to/from shift
