Responsibilities
- Greet and Engage: Warmly welcome customers, assess their needs, and recommend appropriate products to maximize sales.
- Customer Service: Provide expert product knowledge and support to ensure a 5-star shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor at all times.
- Transaction Management: Process sales accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Merchandising: Assist in inventory management, restocking shelves, and executing visual merchandising directives.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the management team to achieve daily and weekly sales goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
