Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure a positive first impression.
- Assist customers in locating products, answering inquiries, and providing expert product recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom.
- Restock merchandise and ensure inventory levels are sufficient throughout the shift.
- Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse customer bases.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
