Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
- Drive sales targets and exceed monthly revenue goals through effective persuasion and relationship building.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Assist in the visual merchandising of the sales floor to create an inviting and professional shopping environment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve collective store goals and maintain high operational standards.
Qualifications
