Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend products or services that best fit their requirements.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
Qualifications
