Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Qualify leads and present tailored product solutions to potential clients effectively.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting to closing the deal.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Inside Sales or B2B Sales.
- Must be available and willing to work the Night Shift (e.g., 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to overcome objections.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
