Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales by effectively demonstrating merchandise features and benefits
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Operate digital tools for inventory management and sales reporting

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Zero prior sales experience required – we train all new hires
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency with technology (smartphones, tablets, POS systems)
- Strong work ethic and reliability with punctual attendance
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
