Responsibilities

- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create engaging store displays
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekend sales targets and inventory goals
- Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently while processing returns and exchanges
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment operations
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards throughout all shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build customer rapport
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic math abilities
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts including Saturdays and Sundays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Positive attitude and resilience in fast-paced retail environments
