- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist customers in finding products and answer their questions regarding features and pricing.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked with merchandise.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- No prior sales experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
