Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer service through product knowledge and consultative selling
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets while maintaining brand standards
- Operate POS systems efficiently and accurately process transactions
- Collaborate with team members to maintain visually appealing store displays
- Actively participate in product training sessions to master inventory and features
- Contribute to store cleanliness, organization, and loss prevention protocols
- Identify upsell opportunities and effectively communicate promotions
Qualifications
- No prior sales experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- Reliable transportation to store locations
