Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and consultative selling
- Meet/exceed daily sales targets while maintaining high conversion rates
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling product displays
- Collaborate with team members to maintain inventory accuracy and store cleanliness
- Participate in ongoing product training to maintain expertise
- Actively identify and report operational improvements to management
Qualifications
- No prior sales experience required – we train all new hires
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Passion for learning retail products and sales techniques
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
