Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers entering the store with a professional and positive attitude.
- Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and providing product recommendations.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Restock merchandise, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management to stock shortages or overstock situations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain a secure environment by adhering to all store security protocols and cash handling procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous retail sales experience preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
