Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Drive sales through product demonstrations and upselling techniques
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets with uncapped commission
- Process transactions accurately and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Manage inventory and stock replenishment during overnight operations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store performance goals
- Maintain store appearance and cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience preferred
