Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Exceed sales targets through product knowledge and upselling techniques
- Manage inventory, stock displays, and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Process transactions accurately and handle cash/POS systems
- Train and mentor new associates on sales protocols and store operations
- Implement loss prevention strategies to protect store assets
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions during overnight shifts
- Basic math proficiency and POS system experience
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight schedules
- Valid driver's license (for potential store transfers)
