- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular audits, and coordinate with the day team for replenishment.
- Security: Adhere to all store security protocols and cash handling procedures to ensure a safe environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the night shift team to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night hours.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Must be available to work nights, including weekends and holidays.
