Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients through outbound calls and emails during night shift hours.
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships to drive repeat business.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Process orders and manage customer data accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the morning support team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM or 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with computer systems and CRM software is a plus.
